Thee Morning Glories - Many Moods

I came across this album sometime around 1996. There is amazingly little information on this excellent band on the internet. The best site for information seemed to be their myspace site. This is basically a one man band - Chris Curylo is crediting with writing, performing and producing all the songs. He seems to be from New York, USA. Even the myspace site is spare, so I am unsure if he has made any other albums as Thee Morning Glories.

This album however, is a real grower, and a genuine fuzz-garage-psychedelic masterpiece of a number of short, poppy songs with a drugged out vibe. Catchy fuzzed and gated guitar riffs, laid back pace, nice vocal harmonies and plenty of echoey effects. Lyrics are seemingly about taking it easy, girls and drugs, though its difficult to work out exactly what's being sung about!
